Island Infusions Catering was founded in 2016 by Owner and Executive Chef, Damone Johnson. Since then, it has been known as one of the most bold, up-and-coming catering companies in the Tri-State area. We have established a reputation for delicious food, creativity, and impeccable presentation combined with outstanding service. Island Infusions' Caribbean-American style menus are marked by their inventive infusions of flavor and modern creations based on the very best of American, Caribbean, and international cuisine.

It speaks directly to our identity and philosophy as a team. Here, we aim to bring a taste of the islands to you, our client, in interesting and innovative ways. From traditional island cuisine, to familiar dishes infused with the flavors of the islands, we make sure that each and every bite takes you on a culinary adventure. Island Infusions Catering is committed to doing our part to help the environment. We utilize environmentally friendly means at each and every event. By using biodegradable plates, napkins, utensils, cups, and to-go containers at catered events, virtually eliminating the use of water bottles, recycling in the office and at catering events, and partnering with local farmers, we have been able to immensely reduce our carbon footprint.

We pride ourselves on using locally grown products, grown naturally and organically by farmers, ranchers, and herdsmen whenever possible, supporting an environmentally sound food system where foods produced locally are consumed locally.

While Island Infusions Catering is proud of the progress we have made, we are constantly working to further develop and better our environmental practices as new products become available.
